FAQ

What Are LVL Lashes?
LVL Lashes is a lash lift service designed to naturally enhance and uplift your lashes. It involves a three-step process using solution-based products to achieve longer, voluminous, and lengthened lashes. The best part is that it's all-natural because it works with your own eyelashes.

What Is Brow Lamination?
Brow Lamination is a three-step process that naturally lifts each eyebrow hair. It helps your eyebrows appear fuller and more youthful by using solution-based products, precise eyebrow shaping, and eyebrow tinting.

What Should I Do After My LVL Lashes or Brow Lamination Treatment?
After your LVL Lashes or Brow Lamination treatment, we recommend avoiding getting both your eyelashes and eyebrows wet, as well as refraining from using saunas/steam rooms, makeup, and oils for the next 24 hours. Carefully cleanse around the eye area using either makeup wipes or cotton pads. This precaution is essential to prevent your eyebrows and eyelashes from losing their lifted effect.

Is a Patch Test Required?
Yes, we strongly advise a patch test for all new clients and existing clients who haven't received a treatment within the last six months. This step is crucial to reduce the risk of potential skin reactions or irritations and to identify any allergies you may have. If you choose not to undergo a patch test, we will require your explicit consent, which can be provided by signing a waiver.

How Do I Care for My LVL Lashes or Brow Lamination?
To maintain your LVL Lashes or Brow Lamination, it is recommended to brush them daily with a clean eyebrow or eyelash brush. Additionally, applying natural oils such as castor oil, coconut oil, or serum is advised to keep both your lashes and brows nourished and healthy.

How Long Will My LVL Lashes Last?
LVL Lashes typically last up to 6-8 weeks when you follow the recommended post-aftercare and maintenance routine.

How Long Will Brow Lamination Last?
Brow Lamination typically lasts up to 4-6 weeks when you adhere to the post-aftercare and maintenance guidelines.

Do I Need to Avoid Certain Products Before Eyebrow Waxing?
Yes, it is advisable to avoid using topical creams/serums that contain active ingredients like Retinol, AHA, and BHA products for at least six days prior to eye waxing. This precaution is necessary to prevent any skin lifting around the eye area. These products are potent and penetrate deep into the skin's surface, making the skin more sensitive to heat during waxing.
